As winter comes to a close and the days get hotter, summer calls for long days by the beach or pool. At Paradise Swim, we see an increase in students, and better yet, improvement in their swimming. So, why is it that swimmers improve faster in summer?
In summer, little swimmers spend more time in the water at the beach, or by the pool. In spending that much time in the water, we often see swimmers strength, muscle memory, and confidence develop.
This benefits their overall ability to swim unassisted, whether that be at swimming lessons, a day at the beach, or in the pool at home.
