Swimming with Siblings

Writer's picture: Ian CampbellIan Campbell

At Paradise Swim, we see many benefits of swimming with a sibling.

When beginning independent lessons, young swimmers often struggle without a parent or family member in the water. In having a sibling in the class, swimmers are more inclined to enjoy lessons and give new things a try, as they have someone they are familiar with in the water with them every step of the way

As swimmers get older, having a sibling in the same class pushes them to work hard. Sibling rivalry (although it can cause a little bit of chaos) is a constant reason to get better and better at swimming.

We work around your schedule at Paradise Swim. We have different classes running at different times that aim to suit you. Bringing your children at the same time is never a problem, even if they are in different classes.
